l'environnement,proximité du centre historique le service a la personne n'est pas a la hauteur d'un cinq étoile sup nappe tachee pour le breakfast remarque au personnel qui n'en tient pas compte en précisant que ca n'est pas grave, j'ai changé de table!!! |

Superb courteous service. Fabulous room . Fabulous swimming pool. Right in the heart of historic Dresden No bidet. No trouser press (I think) No computer in room and only one PC on ground floor. |

A great hotel with great staff. This hotel is centrally located and it's easy to walk to most of the major attractions in Dresden. Casual restraurant attached to hotel was reasonably priced and had very good food. The only dificulity we had was finding the hotel with a GPS. We came from the south and it was difficult to find because of construction. The GPS wanted to put us on streets that were blocked. I can't blame the hotel for this but if there were a way to put signs up it might have helped. |

The personal service was excellent, especiually the kind man from Concierge who asked his mother to babysit at short notice! it wasn't obvious what restaurants and bars were available from the info in the room (or I couldn't find it) |
